Sheriff Records maintains reports, jail files, warrants, daily arrests prepared for media release, sealing tasks, and records requests; release decisions are made under C.R.S. § 24-72-305 and sheriff policy, and records are not released immediately.
Records note: Pueblo sheriff Records identifies a name-and-date-of-birth booking or charge-history search for a posted $10 fee. Some records can take several days, and active, restricted, sealed, or referred matters may not be released publicly.
- For a released inmate or a release record, begin with the home page search path and then request the jail file or release confirmation from sheriff Records when online systems do not answer the question.
